Agreement
By purchasing from Hanson Akatti Limited, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below.
Payment
All payments are by credit card or debit card/ Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. Seller holds the right to cancel orders for undisclosed reasons. Full refunds will be issued if this occurs.
Delivery

Local Delivery(Ghana)
Your order will be delivered via (delivery service) Your order will be processed and dispatched within three to seven working days (unless otherwise stated on a specific product page) of the receipt of payment. You will receive notification as soon as your order has been sent for delivery. Your contact information will be provided to (delivery service) and they will be in touch with you.
International Shipping
Your order will be shipped via DHL. Your order will be processed and dispatched within three to seven working days (unless otherwise stated on a specific product page) of the receipt of payment. You will receive notification as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery once shipped.
Shipping costs depend on the products, quantity and postal address. To find out how much shipping will cost for you, please place your desired items into the basket, click 'checkout' and choose your country in the drop-down menu beneath 'delivery & billing address'. The shipping costs will then appear for you to review the final price before paying.
DHL Shipping
You will receive a DHL email with a reference number in order for you to Track and Trace your package via the DHL website. Please double check the address you wish your order to be delivered to. Hanson Akatti Ltd. holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect shipping address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer at the full shipping price.
If your shipping address is complete and correct but the attempted delivery was unsuccessful and returned to sender, you will be issued with a full refund immediately. Unfortunately, no more attempts will be made or offered to redeliver to the same address.
All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
Hanson Akatti Ltd. is not responsible for delays or non-arrivals once orders are posted. Please get in touch if your order does not arrive after 25 days.
PACKAGING
Small Print: A3 prints are carefully wrapped in envelopes.
Large Print: A1 prints will be carefully wrapped in white acid-free tissue paper and placed in a postal tube for extra protection.
RETURNS
There are no returns or exchanges for the items currently sold on this online store. All sales are final.
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. Hanson Akatti Ltd. is not responsible for any damages incurred by DHL or the local delivery company. Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
